Careium celebrates 2024 Q1 contract wins

We are delighted to announce that we have recently secured several significant contract wins, further solidifying our position as a leading provider of telecare and alarm monitoring services.

One of the notable wins includes the contract with Peterborough City Council, where we will be providing community digital alarms and a telecare service for the Council’s 216,000 residents. The Council sought a company that could deliver a person-centred approach utilising digital technology to ensure the well-being and independence of its residents. This partnership will play a crucial role in supporting individuals to live comfortably and safely in their own homes.

In addition, we have also been selected by Flagship Group, who owns over 32,000 homes across the East of England, to supply its alarm monitoring services. The company’s commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of both residents and communities has been recognised through this partnership.

We also secured a place on the North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) Framework as one of the suppliers who will be able to provide the council with electronic assistive technology equipment. This service will be available to all residents of North Northamptonshire, offering support to self-funders as well as those eligible for free provision under NNC’s Eligibility Criteria.

“We are thrilled to have been chosen for these contracts, which reflect our dedication to delivering person-centred solutions that prioritise the well-being and independence of individuals. These partnerships will allow us to continue supporting communities and making a positive impact on the lives of residents,” said Lauren Purser, Director of Customer Operations at Careium.

These contract wins show our ongoing commitment to providing innovative and tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of its clients and their communities. We look forward to building strong partnerships with Peterborough City Council, Flagship Group, and North Northamptonshire Council to deliver outstanding services and support to residents.
